We carry out Health Economics studies, integrating the clinical and medical information with qualifiers of costs and thus with the analysis on pathologies impact and on therapies efficacy and costs. The studies are made by the statistical and economical staff in collaboration with independent specialist and research centres.
Health Economics has increased its importance along the years, because of limited available resources and always more locally-based public expenses and balance constraints. Cost/benefit evaluations and all interdisciplinary evaluations involved in HTA (Health Technology Assessment) are key elements for healthcare planning. |
